GIFTEDNESS & TALENT DEVELOPMENT COACHING

Are you a gifted student and do you struggle with school/studies? Do you experience fear of failure, perfectionism, sub-optimal performance or do you want to discover how to turn your giftedness into your ultimate strength? As edu-coach I offer gifted students (15+) specialised coaching to set and achieve goals together!

Especially if you're in doubt as to whether you are cognitively 'gifted' - or if you think of it as a rather strange and intimidating term (I agree!) - I encourage you to book a try-out session. Cognitive talent does not revolve around IQ-tests or always getting high marks; it's about getting the right support for you to fully flourish, develop your talents and your self-confidence, and to realise nothing is 'wrong' with you. Together, we'll work on creating balance in your life whilst learning how to thrive - without shame - in all your giftedness.

What do I offer as edu-coach?
  • 1-on-1 coaching sessions
  • Time management training
  • Productivity & learn strategies
  • Motivation boosts
  • Setting and achieving goals together
  • Academic supervision
  • Holistic mentorship
  • Talent development

Secondary school students (15+)

Are you a gifted student currently attending secondary school? As a student you can run into all kinds of problems, such as:
- Lack of challenge & suboptimal performance
- Low motivation and self-esteem
- Fear of failure and perfectionism
- Feeling different from your peers
- Experiencing intense feelings and thoughts
- Struggling with big philosophical questions

But also:
- Experiencing a strong hunger for knowledge
- Powerful creative and critical (thinking) capacities
- Empathic and sensitive approach
- Intrinsic 'drive' and sense of determination
- High cognitive abilities, long concentration span
- Extraordinary ability to achieve & excel

During edu-coaching sessions, we engage both with the blessings as well as the pitfalls of giftedness. Together, we'll work on developing your talents and achieving your full potential. Because giftedness is not just about learning to survive, but also to thrive!

Higher Ed Students (18+)

Are you a gifted student currently attending university? Higher Ed students often get excluded from specialized support for dealing with giftedness, which is usually focused on primary and secondary levels of schooling. This makes it more difficult to get the support that you desire, tailored to your specific needs. You might have pressing questions about how best to harness the potential as well as face the challenges that come with giftedness. If you find yourself struggling with issues around study choice and career paths or are feeling anxious about the future, you are not alone!

In Higher Ed, you mostly have to rely on yourself to turn your studies into a success. There is a lack of opportunities to engage with giftedness programs to offer you extra challenge, which can have a demotivating impact on you. If you want to:
- Create your own challenges
- Consider taking on extra course work or degree programs
- Design your own educational path (beyond the system's limits)
- Academic supervision / mentoring
- Take your ambitions to the next level & actualize your potential
- Create balance between study/work/hobbies/private life

... then you should register for a free intake session now!
